At Vibha Training and Consultancy, we understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

1. Program Cancellation by Participant

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@vibhatrainingandconsultancy.com.
No refunds will be issued after the program has started or for non-attendance.

2. Program Cancellation by Vibha Training and Consultancy

If a program is postponed or cancelled by us, participants will be offered:

Registered participants will be allowed to attend the next available session by presenting their payment receipt.

3. Online Sessions & Digital Content

Fees for completed online sessions, counselling appointments, or downloadable materials are non-refundable.

4. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

Vibha Training and Consultancy reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page and will apply prospectively.
